I wanted to be full of life

I watched my husband from afar, living out his faith in a vibrant and intriguing way. I wanted what he was displaying. Jesus had transformed my husband. At that time, I kept getting high and waking up empty.

Everyday he was FULL of life, which lead me to start searching for Jesus myself. In the trenches, God revealed Himself to me. I learned that when we seek and ask, HE will show Himself.

But, we have to be willing to let him in.

While my earthly dad had let me down in so many ways, my new found Father encompassed me with love, kindness, forgiveness, and gentleness. He challenges me daily to be a better version of myself. I live the life I do today because of FAITH and surrendering to HIS will.

My goal is to help others seek what I have found.

    Carmen Post is founder and Executive Director of Make Your Mark which she and her husband Trent officially started in 2007, and expanded to Ethiopia in 2011.

    As CEO of MYM, Trent’s job description includes everything from acting as an advocate for displaced or abandoned children, interacting with government officials in their city of Addis Ababa, empowering 57 Ethiopian staff, and overseeing all aspects of life in Ethiopia for his family.
